To Use: Apply a thin layer of Tiger Balm to the affected area, Rub the ointment in gently and thoroughly, Wash your hands, unless you are using the ointment on your hands.
- For muscular aches and pains, rub the ointment on the affected area.
- For colds and congestion, apply the ointment to your chest and forehead.
- For tension headaches, apply the ointment to your forehead or temples.
